Before you write
These are the things people ask most. If your question is here, the answer
is probably faster than an email.

The game asks for my age when I open it. That screen
appears once and decides only whether you're shown standard or
child-directed ads. We never store your age itself — see the
Privacy Policy.

My progress disappeared. Your best score and settings
live on your device only, with no account and no server. Deleting the
app, or clearing its data, erases them permanently and we cannot restore
them.

The game is paused and asks me to rotate. Cuckoo Boom is
played in landscape. If the screen stays vertical, check that rotation
lock is off.

An ad didn't load, or I didn't get my reward. Rewards
are only granted when an ad finishes playing. If one fails to load, the
game releases you after a few seconds and nothing is charged or lost —
just try again from the next stage screen.

I want to report a bug. Please include your device
model, your system version, and the version shown at the bottom of the
title screen. That version number tells us exactly which build you have.
Privacy
Cuckoo Boom has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server that stores your
data. Full details are in the

Ten en cuenta que Cuckoo Boom no tiene cuentas ni servidor: tu mejor
puntaje y tus ajustes se guardan solo en tu dispositivo, así que
desinstalar la app los borra de forma permanente. Para reportar un
error, incluye el modelo de tu teléfono y el número de versión que
aparece al pie de la pantalla de inicio.
